Our Story
Family Owned & Operated
We (Matt Floyd and Craig Gerulski) stayed at our first AirBnB's as guests in 2018 in Nashville and Breckenridge and quickly fell in love with this new concept of traveling like locals all around the world and creating genuine relationships with hosts along the way.
Those experiences inspired us to begin investing in Vacation Rentals while working W-2 jobs for large corporations. We were both passionate about reaching financial freedom through real estate investing and felt that Vacation Rentals provided the best combination of cash flow, appreciation, and tax benefits while also allowing us to visit our investments with family and friends to create lifelong memories.
Our Story
In 2019, we partnered up to create Stay Classy Homes to manage our own properties first and then friends and colleagues started asking for help as well. Fast forward 5 years later and we left their W-2 jobs to fully commit to this business, manage properties in 5 states, have a full-time operations team, and have spoken on over a dozen podcasts and in front of the largest Real Estate Investor groups in Southern California to help others looking to get started

We are just as passionate about Vacation Rentals as we were when we started and are now focused on helping our clients achieve the same financial freedom goals that we had through 1:1 consulting and providing 5-Star guest experiences.
